Camp At Sentosa~

3 days 2 night camp at sentosa was over. Kinda lazy to blog everything down like lukai so i guess i'll just put some instead.

Day 1
Camp was started in TP swimming pool at 9am with swim sets. Swim was extremely tough as many people hadnt really recover from the monday sprint sets and for some, Basketball as well. For me, i die-ed and KO-ed. After swim we had our lunch at Mensa2 then we slack for some time and make our way to the campsite which Sentosa Coasta Sand Resort. Wasnt really feeling very well due to the sleep previous night.... cant sleep well..didnt know the actual reason tho ~ also was feeling abit feverish too. Thanks to Sheryl's Panadol and i took a tablet before going to bed and it really helped. Dinner that day was chicken rice tabao by Arnon.. so thanks to Arnon we had our nice dinner and save our trip to KouFu.

Day 2
Sleep for the first night was sooooooooo great, got into my beauty sleep after lying on bed for a few minutes and the next moment i saw light, it was the next morning already.. guess i was too tired. Yep, then as usual we had our breakfast and proceed to Tanjong Beach for time trial. However, theres oil spill so the sea is not save to swim in. Coach then had us to run on the sand as a replacement set. Long run at evening was tough too... everything was tough haha..!! It was at the satelite, which basically means hill sets for us. Me and sunny was pacing together and we did a timing of 3mins46sec for the run and around 2 mins for recover(walking), and a total of 4 sets. Dinner this time round was at KouFu and i had no appetite so i just got myself a watermelon and a vitasoy as my dinner. Funny thing was i didnt feel hungry for the whole night.

Day 3
Early morning, was time trial:-
Swim: 800m
Run: 5km

Timing for my time trial is as follows:-
Swim time: 16:27
Transition: 28sec
Run: 21:46
Total: 38:42

Swim was abit slow as i didnt hit the intensity. As for the run, i was really surprised with the timing of 21:47 as i thought the intensity i am running at was 23mins+ . Was practising the small steps and fast interval pace method so i guess it probably helped? 

Overall camp was great, just that i wasnt feeling well at times so i guess i didnt put in as much effort compared to others. Thanks to everyone for making camp successful and hope everyone had enjoyed themselves too. ~ =)
